About Belinda
Belinda is a physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience, with a special interest in women’s and pelvic health.
She is passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and all stages of life with personalised, evidence-based care, while also providing physiotherapy for general musculoskeletal conditions.
Belinda completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University in 2009, following a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Nutrition at the University of Wollongong in 2006.
She began her career in the public health system on the Gold Coast before moving into private practice, where she developed a strong interest in movement-based rehabilitation. During this time, she also taught both mat and reformer Pilates and worked with the Broadbeach Cats AFL team as a trainer and physiotherapist.
Background & Experience
In 2012, Belinda took her career internationally, spending seven years working as a physiotherapist, Pilates and yoga instructor aboard luxury superyachts.
This experience allowed her to work with a diverse range of clients while travelling extensively, refining her ability to deliver highly personalised care in a variety of environments.
During this time, Belinda also spent several years living in South Africa, where she and her husband welcomed their daughter. This season of life deepened her understanding of the physical and emotional demands placed on women’s bodies, and sparked a strong interest in supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery and beyond.
